This is an early forerunner for the Computational Colloids project. E.coli CAD is a prototype software which models forces applied to soils and areas of high pore pressure associated with the load. The demo also allows the user to adjust pore sizes and increase of decrease volumes of bacteria in the soils.
The software was produced by Martyn Dade-Robertson as part of the MSc in Synthetic Biology at Newcastle University. The project was conducted with Zelda Mendelowitz, James Skelton and Stephen Bradley with the supervision of Sunny Park and Anil Wipat.
